About Pokemon URLs:

I actually had no idea about what happened a few days ago - I was camping.

But I just want to say,

I know, Pokemon is amazing, and when I went through all the Pokemon names, I found Jellicent was open and I felt so excited!

Jellicent is a really meaningful url to me because I’ve been trying to breed a shiny Frillish for forever! I’ve never caught a shiny before, so this Pokemon might just end up as the first shiny I own!

That’s why I really love my username, and I’m glad I spent those hours I did going through every single Pokemon to see that it was free.

The thing is, I found this username a YEAR ago, and no one had asked me about my url until now.

AND NOW

Everyone is making it a HUGE deal.

I don’t know what happened exactly, but from what I’m hearing, it’s kind of making me nervous. :( I don’t want to be hassled because of my username - it’s just a url, guys!

I’ve had a few messages in my inbox lately from anonymous people asking me about my url.

I don’t really know about trading it, because it does mean something to me, and I would only really trade for another Pokemon that is even more significant to me.

Or I’d trade for a Pokemon url that is significant to my best friend.

But please, everyone, just stop making such a big fuss over it! Don’t brag about having one!

BAILEY’S POKEMON GIVEAWAY!

My friend gave me a box full of old Pokemon toys and plushies about a year ago when she moved out, and because I could find nothing better to do with them, I decided to do a fun little giveaway!

There are 100 items in total I’ll be giving away, and those include the plushies, toys, marbles, and minatures all pictured above. I will give one to each winner, so there are plenty of chanced to win!

The giveaway will end on Friday, September 14, 2012 at midnight that night, so you have about a month from when I’m posting this. After that, I will choose from a random name generator and the first 100 names will win a prize. Once you are chosen, I will message you asking for what prize you want and your address. As soon as someone replies with what prize they want, I will take it off the list, so if you win, make sure you reply quick enough so that your favorite doesn’t get taken!

I have an interview today at a Coffee Shop…

The funny thing is, of the 10 places I handed in a resume, that place was the last place I expected to call me back. XD It kind of seems like a more hipser-version of Starbucks and it kind of feels intimidating to me. I’m not sure I’m cool enough to work there.

But regardless, I’m going to give it my best shot and hope for the best. If I dont get in, I’m cool with a free summer, too. ;) ~~No, I actually do need money soo…~~
